断层构造应力作用下的回采巷道联合支护技术研究

摘要: 以柳树湾煤矿11041工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,从巷道支护结构受力稳定性和围岩控制稳定效果的角度,分析了断层构造应力作用下的“巷道锚杆+金属网+锚索+钢筋梯子梁”联合支护方案。结合数值模拟和理论计算结果,对现有支护方案及其支护参数进行了调整,确定了科学的支护方案及参数。现场监测结果表明,采用新的支护方案后,顶底板围岩的最大移近量近190mm,两帮围岩的最大移近量202mm,巷道围岩变形呈现出“阶段时递进增长”且在150d到达基本稳定状态,技术经济效益显著。

Abstract: In this paper, the adhesive tape transportation of 11041 working face in Liushuwan coal mine is taken as the engineering background. The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of stress on the roadway anchor The scheme of joint support of rod + metal mesh + anchor + steel ladder beam determines the scientific support scheme and parameters and has significant technical and economic benefits.
